3. Subscription Plans, Credits, and Payments

3.1. Pedatek offers free and paid subscription plans.
3.2. Credits are allocated monthly according to the selected plan.
3.3. Credits are consumed when generating AI-based content.
3.4. Credit rollover is available only for paid plans, subject to plan-specific limits.
3.5. Free plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
3.6. Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3.7. Pedatek reserves the right to modify pricing, credit allocation, or plan features with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

6. AI Disclaimer

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months (if any)

Your misuse of the Service
Violation of these Terms
Use of AI-generated content in violation of applicable laws or policies
